We are delighted that so many of our customers choose to book their holidays with us again and again.

As a thank you to our many returning customers, we offer the following loyalty discounts:

• Bronze — Save 2.5% on your third and fourth holidays
• Silver — Save 5% on your fifth to ninth holidays
• Gold — Save 7.5% on your 10th to 19th holidays

Whether your holiday was a walking or trail running holiday, a short break or a full-length tour, it counts toward your total number of Contours holidays.

When booking your next Contours holiday, simply tell us that you qualify for a loyalty discount and list the holidays you’ve taken with us before.

Please note that the loyalty discount and group discount cannot be used together or in conjunction with any other promotion.

Our Refer a Friend Scheme

If you enjoyed your Contours Holiday, why not refer a friend? If you tell a friend about us and they go on to book a holiday with us, all they need to do is mention your name; they will then receive £25 off their holiday, and you will also receive a voucher for £25 off your next holiday with us, as a way of saying thank you! Please note that your voucher and your friend's voucher must be used on separate holiday bookings and cannot be combined in any way.

Terms and Conditions

• Our Loyalty Discount applies from your third Contours Holidays booking onwards; i.e. you should be the Lead Traveller (the person who booked the holiday) for each holiday in order for them to count in the loyalty scheme.
• If valid, the loyalty discount will only be applied upon request; in order to claim the appropriate discount on your holiday, you should clarify the number of holidays previously booked during the current booking process. This will be checked via our secure records before the discount can be applied.
• Your loyalty discount will only apply to the standard cost of your holiday - additions such as extra nights, supplements and dog charges etc. will not be discounted.
• Your loyalty discount will not affect the payable deposit of your booking.
• Loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer unless otherwise stated.
• Contours Holidays loyalty discounts are not available to bookings made via travel agents.
• Contours Holidays loyalty discounts are offered at the discretion of Contours Holidays and thus we retain the right to end the scheme or amend the conditions at any time without notice. In the event the loyalty discount is changed after a booking is placed, the terms and conditions at the time of booking will apply. Loyalty discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.
• Regarding the Refer a Friend scheme, you will receive referral vouchers for the first ten friends you successfully refer to us. If you refer more then ten friends, you will not receive any further reward, however your friends will still receive their welcome vouchers as normal.
• All Refer a Friend vouchers will be valid for two years from the date issued, after which time they will automatically expire. Extensions to the expiry date will not be granted.
• The Loyalty Scheme and Refer a Friend Scheme can be used against any Contours Holiday, regardless of travel type, holiday length or group size etc.
• Please note that if you book your holiday online and quote a discount, voucher, or special offer code, these will be manually deducted from the cost of your holiday after you have submitted your booking. Your holiday acknowledgement email and invoice will reflect this accordingly.
